• One-month advance deposit must be made to secure your accommodation • Additionally a refundable security deposit of 10,000.- THB is required upon arrival. The Security Deposit may be used for the purpose of repairing damage for which the tenant is responsible (beyond normal wear and), additional cleaning, or payment of unpaidrent or utillites. |

Cancellation & NO-SHOW |
• Cancellation must be made 30 days in advace. Full deposit will be refunded when refund is settled lacally in Thai Baht. Otherwise a band fee/ credit card fee will be deducted from the deposit. • In case of NO-SHOW on the confirmed check - in date (by midnight), no refund will be made on the deposit |
